Welcome to the NLRC - Liverpool.

Liverpool is a unique city and God is building together a body of people who will seek God for the unique strategies to see the needs of the city met.

God said "You shall be blessed in the city …". To be blessed means to be empowered to prosper. God is raising up a people who are empowered to prosper in life, and in the work of the Kingdom of God.

God's church is not a members only club where we need to wait for a special invitation to join. Jesus, when He came to earth and gave His life for ours issued that special invitation to us, once for all. That when we tick the box that says 'yes, I'm coming' and accept His invitation He embraces us with open arms and draws us near to Himself.

The Bible tells us that "God SO LOVED the world that He GAVE Jesus His Son, that whoever believes and accepts Him should not perish but have everlasting life". When we build our lives upon the truth that we are SO LOVED by God, it gives us the security to dream the bigger dreams, to step out and say 'I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me'. It gives us a foundation to build our lives upon that no matter what life throws at us, when we hold onto God, we will not be shaken.

Headed up by senior pastors Terry ad Hazel Bowler, who have a passion to see Liverpool changed by God and for His glory, they are working to raise up teams of local people who will influence the city around them.

After years of meeting in hired venues, God has blessed us with our first building which will give us a fixed base to work from. As the teams and the people grow we are working together to see the vision that God has given to us fulfilled.
